Principal's Message

校長的話

香港華人基督教聯會於一九一五年創立，滙聚在香港眾華人教會之努力，創辦了屬下唯一的學校—香港華人基督教聯會真道書院（下稱真道書院），旨在向社會大眾宣揚基督徒不斷追求卓越人生、支持優質教育、並積極承擔「傳道」、「授業」、「解惑」的使命。

真道書院於二零零二年創辦，迄今已渡過二十寒暑，在香港教育歷史上，算是頗年青的一員。其辦學理念是建基於聖經的真理，盼望學校擔當傳上帝的真道和高尚人生的道理之使命，亦結合國際的先進教育理念，以致發展成為一所別具特色而優秀的中小學一條龍基督教學校。透過「聖經的話語」和「生命影響生命」，轉化學生的心念和品格，並在全人教育和均衡發展上，讓學生邁向豐盛的人生。

在這二十年歲月，衷心感謝歷任校董、校長及一眾教職員秉承及堅持創辦真道書院的初心，不斷提升和優化學校。到今天，真道書院已經培育了許多屆的畢業生，當中包括十屆完成了中小學十一年課程的真道人，我為此成就感到非常鼓舞。

感謝天父上帝對真道書院的厚恩，我希望藉此用聖經箴言第二十二章第六節互相勉勵：「教養孩童，使他走當行的道，就是到老他也不偏離。」願將榮耀頌讚歸給天父！

20th Anniversary Music Concert

二十周年校慶音樂會

疫情, 令過去數年時間彷如消失了一樣，上一次本校舉辦音樂會已是在2018年。直到2023年疫情緩和，校園生活能夠一步一步進行復常，這一切都是天父的恩典。適逢今年是本校二十週年，令今年的「真道書院音樂會」更是別具意義。本校希望透過音樂會的演出，讓真道大家庭藉此機會眾首一堂，透過音樂，讓各人將感恩呈獻給天父，是何等快樂的美事!

The COVID 19 has made the past few years seem to disappear. The last time our school held a concert was in 2018.

In 2023, campus life can return to normal step by step. All of this is the grace of the heavenly Father. This year is the 20th anniversary of our school, which makes the annual music concert of this year even more meaningful. Our school hopes that through the performance of the concert, the big family of the Logos will take this opportunity to gather together. Through music, let everyone express their gratitude to the Heavenly Father. What a joyful thing it is!

真道書院將會舉辦一個美妙的藝術展覽 "We Grow We Glow”！

我們即將於2023年5月20日舉辦藝術展覽，這個活動將展示我們全校各級學生的驚人藝術才華。我們非常期待呈現各種媒介，包括繪畫、素描、雕塑、版畫、拼貼、中國風格、西方風格、基於項目的藝術以及許多其他探索。

這次藝術展覽是我們學生藝術家辛勤工作、奉獻和創造力的慶祝活動。這是一個展示他們技能和才能的機會，也是讓更廣泛的社區欣賞他們成就的機會。我們非常歡迎所有來賓，包括家長和家人，來參加這個令人興奮的活動。

當您走過展覽時，您將看到各種各樣的藝術作品，從古典到現代風格，全部由我們的學生充滿熱情和專注力創作而成。您將見證創造力的深度，並受到展示的驚人作品的啟發。

Logos Academy is excited to announce its upcoming Art Exhibition, "We Grow We Glow”, which will be held on May 20th, 2023. This event will showcase the amazing artistic talent of our students from all levels in the school. We are thrilled to present a wide variety of mediums, including painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking, collage, Chinese style, western style, project-based art, and many more explorations.

The Art Exhibition is a celebration of our student-artists' hard work, dedication, and creativity. It is an opportunity for them to showcase their skills and talents, and for the wider community to appreciate their achievements. We welcome all guests, including parents and family members, to come and join us for this exciting event.

As you walk through the exhibition, you will see a diverse range of artwork, from classical to contemporary styles, all created with passion and dedication by our students. You will witness the depth of creativity and be inspired by the amazing pieces on display.

So, mark your calendars and join us on May 20th, 2023, at Logos Academy for our Art Exhibition. Come celebrate the artistic achievements of our students and experience the power of creativity. We look forward to seeing you in the Art Room on the 3rd floor on campus one!

二十周年標誌設計比賽

為了慶祝學校20周年，藝術科邀請各年級的學生都參加logo設計比賽。

這次比賽吸引了學校各級的學生踴躍參加，他們用自己的想象力和創意，創作出了許多優秀的作品。

經過老師及校長們的嚴格評選後，最終選出了各級的優秀作品及總冠軍，成為20周年校慶的代表標誌。

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the school, the art department invited students from all grades to participate in a logo design competition. This competition attracted students from all levels of the school to actively participate, using their imagination and creativity to create many excellent works.

After the strict evaluation of the teachers and principals, the outstanding works and the overall champion of each level were finally selected, becoming the representative symbol of the 20th anniversary school celebration.

每年真道書院師生攝影展展示真道學生、老師及職員攝影作品。本年度攝影展主題為「我們：家．社區．天父世界」，展覽展出逾160份真道人作品。適逢真道書院20週年，是次師生攝影展作品耿為一直愛護我們的全能主、社區和家庭致敬。

Logos Photo Exhibition is held annually showcasing photographic works of our students, teachers and staff. This year, themed “WE: Family, Community, God’s Creation”, we proudly present a collection of over 160 pieces of Logosians’ work. As part of our School’s 20th anniversary celebration, the collection of this event is dedicated to our Almighty God, and the place and space we call Home, for their loving care over all these years.

為慶祝，校友會將於4月29日舉行校友盃籃球賽。歡迎所有校友、學生、家人和朋友參加。向母校致以最誠摯的祝福，感謝二十年來的培育和支持，期待未來更加美好的二十年！

To celebrate Logos Academy's 20th Anniversary, the Alumni Association is going to hold an Alumni Basketball Tournament on April 29! All alumni, students, family and friends are welcome to attend this event to express our heartfelt gratitude towards Logos!

20th Anniversary Carnival

二十周年校慶嘉年華

為了慶祝真道書院二十周年校慶，我們將於20/5/2023小學部校舍舉行大型嘉年華會。

當天除了二十個精彩有趣的攤位遊戲供大家參與外，還設有繩網陣、充氣彈床、拍照亭、爆谷、棉花糖及供大家享用。

透過參與不同的攤位遊戲，參加者將更了解真道書院的教育理念、核心價值及重點發展項目。

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Logos Academy, a carnival will be held on the Primary Division Campus on 20/5/2023.

In addition to 20 interesting games booths, rope adventure, inflatable games, photo booth, popcorn and cotton candy will be provided for everyone to enjoy.

Through participating in various game booths, it is believed that participants are able to learn more about the educational philosophy, core values and school major concerns of Logos Academy.

20th Anniversary Swimming Gala

二十周年校慶水運會

疫情舒緩，訓練恢復，今年本校喜獲中學校際游泳比賽第三組（九龍二區）男子團體全場總冠軍。值此20周年校慶之際，即將於4月21日將軍澳游泳池，舉行本校第六屆水運會，一眾游泳健將們期待著在同學面前一展風采。

With the easing of the pandemic and the resumption of training, our school has achieved the overall championship of the boys' group in the division three(Kowloon two) of the inter-school swimming competition this year. On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of our school, the 6th Swimming Gala will be held at the Tseung Kwan O Swimming Pool on April 21. Our athletes are looking forward to showcasing their skills in front of their schoolmates.
